1st – 3rd August 2025

Head over to York’s bustling Parliament Street for a celebration of all things Yorkshire on this iconic day. Whitby Regatta

9th – 11th August 2025

One of the oldest and most enjoyable traditions on the Yorkshire coast, Whitby Regatta will once again take place this summer for three days of on-water fun. Featuring yacht races, rowing races, live music, and concluding with an epic firework display, it’s set to be quite a spectacular few days indeed. Plus, there are rumours about a possible RAF Red Arrows flypast, so even more reason to pay this one a visit!

Women’s Rugby World Cup, York

22nd August – 7th September 2025

Rugby fans prepare: This August, The York Community Stadium is hosting part of the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025!
