Outside there is a garden and views over the Yorkshire countryside.

Guests enter Laundry cottage into a spacious Entrance Hall, leading to the Kitchen/sitting room with wall and floor units, electric cooker, fridge freezer and dining table.
The Sitting Room has large comfy sofas, log burner and smart tv.
The Master Bedroom is large and spacious with king sized bed and a roll top bath. There is an ensuite shower room with w.c. The second bedroom is a has twin beds and a bathroom ensuite, there is a large space for a travel cot if required. There is a dressing room that is perfect for bridal preparations.
There is a walled garden.

Laundry Cottage is located 7 miles from York, 7 miles from Wetherby, 16 miles from Harrogate and 27 miles from Leeds close to the A64 and A1 in The Vale of York with easy access to The Yorkshire Dales and The North York Moors.
Laundry Cottage is within easy reach of Castle Howard, Harewood House, Scampston Hall and Gardens, Fountains Abbey and Newby Hall and Gardens and the North Yorkshire Coast.
The Tickled Trout which is a 2.5 miles drive, serves award winning food and is very popular. The Alice Hawthorne in the nearby pretty village of Nun Monkton, is also a fantastic local place to dine.

York train station is 7 miles away with direct train service to the north and south.
