The Hall, Pateley Bridge, Near Harrogate

The Hall is a stunning period property within walking distance of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. It has been lovingly restored and is within easy reach of Grassington, Ripley and the majestic spa town of Harrogate. It is perfect for friends & family gatherings and corporate events.

The Grade II listed building has 9 bedrooms, all of which are luxurious with double height ceilings and sumptuous beds. Seven of the bedrooms have individually designed marble en suite bathrooms, some of which feature Jacuzzis with built in TV’s. Bedroom 8 and 9 share a bathroom. The downstairs has high ceilings, traditional features and a grand double height hallway with checkerboard marble floor, all done with love and sympathy to compliment the grandeur of the building.

There are eight double bedrooms and one single bedroom.

There is a separate Event Room available at an extra cost.

The house is surrounded by a 3 acre garden with wonderful views.

GROUND FLOOR

The stunning Entrance Hall is accessed from the front of the house and leads through to Bar Room, Dining Room and Sitting Room.

The kitchen is accessed through the dining room and has marble tops and an aga, a utility room follows through from the kitchen.

The Event Room is also available as an extra, please enquire.

There is a Ground Floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR

There are two staircases leading to the first floor with 7 double bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms and a house bathroom for bedroom eight and nine to share.

THIRD FLOOR

Stairs lead up to the third floor with one double bedroom and bathroom ensuite.

EXTERIOR

There are 3 acres of garden surrounding the house with a large terrace and outdoor seating/dining.

Pateley Bridge is a traditional Dales town and home to Nidderdale Museum. It has a beautiful riverside walks and views that will take your breath away.

Within easy reach are Grassington, Ripley and the majestic spa town of Harrogate. There are also many natural and cultural attractions such as How Stean Gorge outdoor adventure centre, Brimham Rocks, Nidderdale Cycle Hire and Fountains Abbey World Heritage Centre are all within easy reach to make your stay here unforgettable.

We stayed for five nights as a family group of 15 to celebrate an 80th birthday and hired out the whole house. The house far exceeded our expectations. So beautifully renovated, furnished and decorated. Every room is pure luxury and indulgence. Such a stunning location with wonderful views and just a ten minute walk from the small town of Pateley Bridge. We enjoyed getting used to cooking on the Aga and the children in the party had the best games of hide and seek in the many rooms!! We also added more luxury to our stay by hiring a hot tub from Bedale Bubbles. We really hope to return as we had the BEST time. Thank you.

We booked the hall as a venue for a family reunion with relatives who were visiting from Australia for the first time in 3 years due to Covid restrictions. Our party of 15 included 3 generations. The facilities at the hall were absolutely ideal – very high quality but comfortable and functional. It is beautifully located in the Nidderdale area and many of the rooms have great views. The rooms are luxurious, all en-suite and comfortable, with very good quality beds. The ground floor Garden Room was perfect for our elderly parents. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat together and also to do both indoor and outdoor activities together and there was parking for all our 6 cars. The bar is a good fun addition and useful breakout room and is very well stocked with various types of glasses. We also found all the crockery etc that we needed to cook meals for a large group. We hired hot tubs from the recommended company and they provided an excellent service.

Thank you for saving our holiday after the government restrictions cancelled our original plans. We found the place in an immaculate condition with hand sanitizers in all the rooms and outside the hall entrance which made our stay really safe. All the rooms and the communal spaces also were clean as well and the fully functional kitchen which served us well for nights in. The photos do not do the property justice and it was clear to see that the owners have poured their soul into the interior and the home as a whole. We felt it was a home away from home, the week flew by and we felt so welcome to the home. The property was perfectly situated between the dales and Harrogate which was perfect for us to escape for the tranquility yet was still within reach of civilisation. Thank you again.

What a beautiful house! It was spotless and every bedroom truly impressive. Our hen was over the moon with where we were staying. A great house for a stylish party in a lovely location. Lisa was lovely and made us feel at home.

The Hall is definitely a show stopper, if you’re looking for a breathtaking house set in the Great Yorkshire hills then this is it. Every room is stunning with some amazing baths, it’s a shame we didn’t have more time to spend in the rooms, especially sleeping, the beds are so comfy!! The wow factor is everywhere and it definitely delivered for my sisters hen do, great places to chill inside and out, the bar is awesome as is the massive ice tray in the most amazing fridge freezer I have ever seen! Victoria, and the owners Lisa & Alex were very attentive and easily contacted, so if you’ve any queries just ask. I would defo stay again for a special occasion with a large group, a weekend is almost not enough time to enjoy all it has to offer.
