Can we hire the entire property exclusively?

Yes. When you book one of our celebration houses, the property is yours to enjoy privately with your group for the duration of your stay.

Are the houses suitable for large family gatherings?

Absolutely. Many of our properties are designed with sociable communal dining areas, spacious lounges and outdoor spaces that make spending time together easy and enjoyable.

Can we arrange catering during our stay?

Yes, in most of our properties this is possible, but usually you will need to let us know at the time of booking. We can recommend trusted local caterers, private chefs and dining experiences to help make your celebration even more special. Just ask us before you book. 

Can we host a special event or dinner at the property?

Many of our celebration houses are ideal for private dinners, drinks receptions and special gatherings. If you’re planning something specific, our team can help advise on the best property to cater for you and your group.

Are hot tubs, games rooms or entertainment spaces available?

Many of our properties feature luxury extras such as hot tubs, games rooms, cinema rooms and outdoor entertaining areas. Features vary by property, so please check individual listings.

Is there enough parking for our group?

Most celebration houses offer generous on-site parking. Details can be found on each property’s page.

Can we bring decorations for our celebration?

When it comes to decor our general guidelines are – No glitter, confetti, balloon water bombs, paper lanterns or fireworks. No sticking of decorations on walls, doors or windows. Please do not move any furniture.

Do you have any dog-friendly celebration houses?

Some of our celebration houses welcome dogs, while others are pet-free. Please check the individual property details before booking. If you see the paw print icon, then you know that your pup is welcome to the party! 

Are your celebration houses in secluded locations?

Many are set within beautiful countryside locations, offering privacy, space and stunning Yorkshire views while remaining within easy reach of local attractions and amenities.

How far in advance should we book for a milestone event?

Popular dates, particularly weekends and school holidays, can book up well in advance. We recommend securing your preferred property as early as possible.
