Sleeping up to 28 people in 13 bedrooms, the layout and sociable ambience of this luxury Yorkshire coast holiday home are perfect for a large get-together with friends or a family celebration. Eat 

Whether you want to dine in or eat out, there are delicious options available when enjoying your luxury self-catering stay here. In the dining room of the second property, there’s a large dining area capable of seating all 28 guests so everyone can eat and sit together. There are also smaller seating alternatives both inside and outside. When you fancy eating out, there’s the village pub for hearty British fayre, two village shops to stock up on snacks, and a fish and chip shop serving the latest Yorkshire coast catch. Half a mile out of the village you can find Trotters Farm Shop selling home-reared produce including award-winning sausages for breakfast or the BBQ! 

Sleep 

The first property has one bedroom with an ensuite on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and the second floor has 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom. The second property has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor with 2 further bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. Relax

Relaxation comes easy at High Street Farm. Inside each property is a luxurious swim spa with floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, allowing the indoor space to merge with the beautifully landscaped walled garden outside. This area, laid in part to lawn and partly to paving, provides an excellent venue for outdoor entertainment, al-fresco eating, or simply to read and relax under an open sky. Each property also features a games room with a snooker table and television for a relaxing night in. Younger visitors can enjoy our child-friendly enclosed garden, featuring an outdoor play area with a slide and swing set.

This is in an excellent spot if you’re a keen walker or cyclist, with the Wolds Way running close by and the North Yorkshire Moors and Dalby Forest just a short drive away. High Street Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Sherburn, which lies between the lovely market town of Malton and the popular seaside resort of Scarborough in the Vale of Pickering.
