High Street Farm Scarborough is a bright, spacious, modern conversion made up of two properties just 30 yards from each other. The combination of the layout and ambience of this luxury Yorkshire holiday home makes it perfect for a large get-together with friends or a family celebration. Together the houses sleep 28 guests in 13 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms. Both houses have large open-plan living areas as well as other social spaces to relax inside and outside. 

Eat 

Whether you want to dine in or eat out, there are various options available here at High Street Farm. In the dining room of the second property, there is a large dining area capable of seating all 28 guests so everyone can eat and sit together. There are also smaller seating alternatives both inside and outside. When it comes to eating out, there is a village pub, two village shops, and a fish and chip shop. Half a mile out of the village you can find Trotters Farm Shop selling home-reared produce including award-winning sausages for breakfast or the BBQ! 

Sleep 

The first property has one bedroom with an ensuite on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and the second floor has 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom. The second property has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor with 2 further bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. Relax

Inside each property is a luxurious swim spa with floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors, allowing the indoor space to merge with the beautifully landscaped walled garden outside. This area, laid in part to lawn and partly to paving, provides an excellent venue for outdoor entertainment, al-fresco dining, or simply to read and relax under an open sky. Each property also features a games room with a snooker table and television for a relaxing night in.
