We had a wonderful short stay in the grotto. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had a beautiful view of the river. The location was great, a short walk to the riverfront and the town centre. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful accommodation with an amazing view. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Very well equipped with everything needed for a four night stay. The Grotto has a great location in Knaresborough which is a two minute walk into the town centre where there are many lovely independent shops and restaurants. There is some street parking available directly outside the accommodation and also an allocated parking space within the church yard which again is a very short walk away. Communication with the host was very good and she responded to my query almost immediately. Can highly recommend this fabulous place.
