EAT

Preparing meals at West Farm is a real treat in the stunning country kitchen. It features a large island with seating, granite worktops, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, 2 dishwashers, a double oven and an induction hob. Steps lead up from the kitchen to the dining room with a large table and seating for 16 guests. The dining room also features a grand piano and large patio windows leading out to the terrace. There are also multiple outdoor dining areas and a Kamado BBQ to use throughout your stay. Fancy eating out? There is a local pub less than 5 minutes away in the village of Kilham, which also has a garage and Co-op shop for all your essentials. The historic market town of Driffield is also just 10 minutes away with a range of supermarkets, shops and eateries.

SLEEP

West Farm sleeps twelve guests and The Lodge sleeps four guests. . On the first floor, there are six double bedrooms, four with super king beds and two with twin beds (which can be made into a super king if requested). Three of the super-king bedrooms have ensuites and the other three bedrooms share a family bathroom. The Lodge sleeps a further four guests in two double bedrooms, one a kingsized bed and the other a twin room which if requested can be made up as a kingsized bed.

RELAX

Relaxing is easy in West Farm’s large sitting room with comfy sofas, a log burner and a smart TV. There is also another sociable room featuring a home bar as well as comfy seating and a smart TV, which is the perfect place to entertain and catch up with friends. Outside there is an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

EXPLORE

Just a short 15-minute drive away, you will find the coastal town of Bridlington, where you can enjoy beach walks, seaside activities, and entertainment. Stroll along the golden sands, indulge in fresh fish and chips, or explore the vibrant local shops. With its charming promenade and bustling harbour, Bridlington is the perfect spot for a relaxing day by the sea before returning to your beautiful accommodation.

West Farm and The Lodge are located in Ruston Parva, East Yorkshire and 15 minutes drive away from the coastal town of Bridlington.
