Next to the Sitting room is a contemporary kitchen with restored flagstone floors, a testament to the cottage’s timeless charm, with underfloor heating and complemented by timber beamed ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen features an eye-level double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, the kitchen ensures that your every need is catered to with utmost convenience.

Stairs lead from the sitting room upstairs to the bedroom with Hypnos super king bed and a Free sat TV, you can unwind and enjoy your favourite shows from the comfort of your own private sanctuary. The en-suite bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath, his-and-hers washbasins, a WC, and a large walk-in shower.

Outside, the Carriage House continues to delight with its charming South West facing lawned garden and the paved area beckons you to indulge in delightful al fresco meals at the picnic bench or recline in the comfortable chairs, basking in the gentle sunlight.

The Carriage House is set in a small hamlet with a local pub in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, the perfect dale for walking and cycling. Close by is Helmsley (15 miles) with Duncombe Park a stunning house on the outskirts of the town perfect for sightseeing and another house, Nunnington Hall, is 15 miles away and definitely worth a look around. Pickering is close by (18 miles) with delightful shops, cafes and restaurants.
