Within walking distance, you will find a village pub, two village shops, a fish and chip shop and half a mile out of the village Trotters Farm Shop selling home-reared produce and award-winning sausages. You’re also perfectly placed to enjoy many of the wonderful cafés and restaurants in Malton and the surrounding coastal towns.
The house features one lovely, bright bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor and four bedrooms with two bathrooms on the second floor. The newly-renovated attic creates a lovely extra space for two further large bedrooms featuring original wooden beams, as well as a shared bathroom. Perfect big family escape. Very relaxed and chilled. Plenty of space for young and old to do their thing but also congregate together without feeling crowded. Was very warm and cozy despite the damp cold weather. Will certainly come back
