Combining two stunning holiday homes on one beautiful estate, Pasture House and The Stables is the ultimate in staycationing luxe. Located in a rural part of East Yorkshire, surrounded by countryside vistas and just a short drive from the beach, it offers a tranquil retreat to escape the hustle and bustle. EAT

The main house features a contemporary kitchen with quartz worktops, high-spec appliances, and a central island – so it’s just perfect if you’re planning to home cook during your stay. From breakfast chats to late-night snacks, it’s a sociable space with plenty of natural light and character. The adjoining sunroom offers seating for all 16 guests around a beautiful solid wood table. By day the room is flooded with light, and after dark you can appreciate the unique ceiling light made from a seed drill wheel that was originally used on the farm. Outdoors, you will find charcoal barbecues, wood-fired pizza ovens, and ample seating — ideal for your al fresco summer feast. We also have a fantastic list of recommended private chefs if you’d prefer to sit back and let someone else do the cooking.

SLEEP

Between the two properties, there are eight individually styled ensuite bedrooms located across three floors. Each room is styled with either a plush superking bed or cosy twin beds. Enjoy elegant five star furnishings, and thoughtful touches like hairdryers, dressing tables, and premium toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. Flexible bed configurations throughout means that sleeping arrangements can be tailored to your group as long as you let us know with at least two weeks advance notice. Whether you’re winding down with a book or drifting off after a day exploring, you can retreat to your luxury bedroom knowing that a great night’s sleep is in store!

The Stables offers a cosy open-plan lounge with wood-burning stove and smart TV, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Fancy a soak? You can unwind in one of the three private hot tubs – two at Pasture House, one at The Stables – perfect for stargazing or soothing tired legs after an invigorating coastal hike. With sun loungers, enclosed gardens, and peace all around, switching off is effortless.

By Road

Brandesburton is just off the A165 between Hull and Bridlington. From Hull, it takes about 30 minutes. From York or Leeds, follow signs to Beverley, then take the A1035 towards Brandesburton. Free parking is available at both Pasture House and The Stables.

By Train

The closest stations are Beverley (20 minutes by car) or Hull (30 minutes by car)
