It has been lovingly restored and brought back to life and is within easy reach of Grassington, Ripley and the majestic spa town of Harrogate. It is perfect for friends and family gatherings and corporate events.
There are 8 beautifully interior designed double bedrooms and luxurious ensuite bathrooms all having been individually styled giving each room a unique feeling, they all have flat screen Televisions and Wifi.
We have an event room for that extra special occasion and can provide Caterers, Beautician and Massage, Cookery lessons, Magician, Casino Night, Murder Mystery and Hot Tub Hire. Downstairs there is a Drawing room, Dining room, Large Hall, Kitchen with an Aga and Utility Room. There is also a Bar Room perfect for fun entertainment.
We can provide caterers for that extra special occasion, enjoy the splendour of the private dining room and make your stay here unforgettable. The house is surrounded by 3 acres of beautiful grounds and ideally situated with wonderful cycling and walking routes.

“Thank you for saving our holiday after the government restrictions cancelled our original plans. We found the place in an immaculate condition with hand sanitizers in all the rooms and outside the hall entrance which made our stay really safe. All the rooms and the communal spaces also were clean as well and the fully functional kitchen which served us well for nights in. The photos do not do the property justice and it was clear to see that the owners have poured their soul into the interior and the home as a whole. We felt it was a home away from home, the week flew by and we felt so welcome to the home. The property was perfectly situated between the dales and Harrogate which was perfect for us to escape for the tranquility yet was still within reach of civilisation. The Hall is definitely a show stopper, if you're looking for a breathtaking house set in the Great Yorkshire hills then this is it. Every room is stunning with some amazing baths, it’s a shame we didn't have more time to spend in the rooms, especially sleeping, the beds are so comfy!! The wow factor is everywhere and it definitely delivered for my sisters hen do, great places to chill inside and out, the bar is awesome as is the massive ice tray in the most amazing fridge freezer I have ever seen! Victoria, and the owners Lisa & Alex were very attentive and easily contacted, so if you've any queries just ask. I would defo stay again for a special occasion with a large group, a weekend is almost not enough time to enjoy all it has to offer.- Review source:

We had a spectacular weekend here. It is even more impressive than the pictures suggest. Each room has been designed with individuality and style (and bling!) making everyone feel like minor royalty no matter which bedroom they have. Spotlessly clean, well appointed with things to entertain. Great hosts who let us arrive early and immediately returned a ring I left behind. If you want something a little grand for a special occasion, but with all mod cons, including tv to watch in the bath, it is perfect.- Review source:
