This enchanting two-bedroom barn conversion has been beautifully designed. The sitting room is open and airy with a pitched ceiling with stunning exposed timber trusses and daylight streaming through the windows. The wood-burning stove beckons you to sink into the comfy leather sofa making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of countryside adventures.

The rustic charm of the flagstone floors runs throughout the cottage, offering both durability and elegance with underfloor heating. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a convenient washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. There is a smart TV in the Sitting Room and Freesat TVs in both bedrooms and Wifi is available throughout the cottage.

There are two ensuite bedrooms and bedroom 1 has a Hypnos zip-link super king bed, offering the flexibility to provide either a splendid super king or twins, bedroom 2 has a double bed.

Outside, an idyllic south-facing lawned garden awaits, accessible directly from the Sitting room or master bedroom. Take in the breathtaking views as you recline in the comfortable chairs or gather around the charming picnic table for delightful outdoor meals with your loved ones.

East Homestead is set in a small hamlet with a local pub in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, the perfect dale for walking and cycling. Close by is Helmsley (15 miles) with Duncombe Park a stunning house on the outskirts of the town perfect for sightseeing and another house, Nunnington Hall, is 15 miles away and definitely worth a look around. Pickering is close by (18 miles) with delightful shops, cafes and restaurants.
