With a luxury hot tub, plenty of outdoor space and close proximity to the coast, there’s plenty of options to do as much or as little as you like once you check in for your staycation here.

With its stylish, hand-crafted units, built-in appliances, and sociable central island, the kitchen space at The Stables is perfect for relaxed cooking and dining. The open-plan layout means you can cook, chat, and eat all in one bright, welcoming space – plus look out through full-height glass over the garden and open fields. Whether you’re preparing a quiet breakfast, enjoying long feasts in the sun, or making use of the outdoor pizza oven and barbecue, any mealtime feels effortless and enjoyable here.

SLEEP

The two beautifully refurbished bedrooms feature a super-king bed (or twins on request), soft rugs, plush bed linen, underfloor heating, and separate bathrooms. The Clydesdale bedroom includes a freestanding bath and original brickwork, while Suffolk Punch features a sleek double-sink vanity and modern wakl-in shower. Whether it’s a couples’ retreat or a family getaway, you’ll sleep deeply and wake refreshed in your peaceful countryside setting.

RELAX

Comfort is key throughout The Stables and every effort has gone into ensuring your stay is as seamless and relaxing as can be. The open-plan living area features Chesterfield sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a large smart TV – ideal for curling up on with a film or a good book after a long day of fun outdoors. Enjoy the large enclosed garden with its own four-person hot tub, patio, sun loungers, and outdoor dining area. Here you can unwind, whether soaking under the stars, sipping wine on the terrace, or just taking in the birdsong and peaceful sounds of nature all around you.

Tucked away in peaceful East Yorkshire countryside, The Stables is ideal for relaxed rural adventures. Enjoy bike rides straight from the door, or explore nearby villages, historic Beverley, and the open landscapes of the Yorkshire Wolds. The seaside towns of Hornsea and Bridlington are just a short drive away, where you can sandy beaches and a great range of independent shops and eateries. Then return to your tranquil base, fire up the pizza oven or pour a drink, and enjoy a sunset soak in the hot tub – the perfect end to a day of exploring.

Getting to Brandesburton

By Road

Brandesburton is just off the A165 between Hull and Bridlington. From Hull, it takes about 30 minutes. From York or Leeds, follow signs to Beverley, then take the A1035 towards Brandesburton. Free parking is available at both Pasture House and The Stables.

By Train

The closest stations are:

• Beverley – 20 minutes by car

• Hull – 30 minutes by car

Both have taxi services and regular trains from major cities like York, Leeds, and London.

By Air

Nearby airports include:

• Humberside Airport – 45 minutes by car

• Leeds Bradford and Doncaster Sheffield – about 1.5 hours away
