Honeysuckle cottage is a wonderful stay. The whole cottage has been finished to a very high spec; everything was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with welcoming touches that really went above what you would normally expect. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need; lovely modern bathrooms with a huge bath. The cottage is set in a very peaceful and idyllic farming setting. Very well located to explore North Yorkshire – 20 mins from York and Harrogate and close to hikes; abandoned abbeys and country houses. Very welcoming and thoughtful host.

What a treat to stay in this truly luxurious property! It is fresh on the market and beautifully appointed, with a delicious selection of welcome treats (for the dog, too!). With every comfort, and loads of parking space behind a secure gate, it is a quick walk into Easingwold with its great range of cafés and pubs, and only 15 minutes to Rawcliffe Park and Ride for York. Also a great base to head up to Helmsley or Thirsk, and onto the Moors or the Dales. The owner is an attentive host, who will make sure your stay is perfect.

I can’t say enough about this little hideaway hidden from view with the countryside views to die for ! We came away with our dog and kids to enjoy a last minute school break together, life is very chaotic for us and as soon as you arrive the setting sets the tone for a peaceful retreat . All the touches with fluffy towels an amazing double bath. The utility was handy with drying and first aid at hand for the little ones . We loved how indoor / outdoor the cottage felt with the bi-fold doors and open plan vibes .. everything was very comfy. The cottage is perfectly located, with walking and biking trails near by. We will be back . We hope this cottage and surroundings bring you as many happy memories and as comfortable a stay as much as it did us.
