Guests enter the house into the dining room with wooden floors leading through to the sitting room with comfy sofas and armchairs and wood burner. The kitchen has a wooden floor, electric range with double oven and induction hob. There are four comfortable and stylish bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. One bedroom is on the ground floor, creating ideal accommodation for a larger group. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor and it is decorated with OS Map wallpaper of the local area.
The Sanctuary provides wonderful walks, cycling trails, wild swimming, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and outdoor swimming pool all available for guests use whilst staying at Eden. For a little more adventure, why not book a Land Rover Experience at the course on site (by direct arrangement with the owner). There is a walled Garden Bistro on the Estate available for guests serving breakfast, lunch and supper. Broughton Wellness Sanctuary is also available to book with indoor swimming pool, yoga and pilates and wellbeing classes.

Yellison farmhouse is set down a single track road and has spectacular views over the Yorkshire Dales. Located on the Estate which is just off the A59, 3½ miles away from Skipton with its long, cobbled high street, mix of independent and high street shops, coffee shops and tea rooms. Stroll along the canal, through the woods or discover Norman history at Skipton Castle.
Within 10 miles drive is Malham with its breathtaking 260ft high limestone cove. If you’re feeling fit, climb the steps to the top where you’ll be rewarded with magnificent views down the dale and be able to see one of the finest examples of limestone pavement in the country, which was also used in a scene from one of the Harry Potter films. Alternative easy walks include Gordale Scar, also a film location for Harry Potter.
For a relaxing day out venture further into the Yorkshire Dales to the picturesque villages of Grassington, 12 miles, and Kettlewell, 5 miles further, calling at Kilnsey Trout Farm on the way and a stop off to watch the climbers hang off Kilnsey Crag. Many walks and cycle routes for all abilities can be found here and all around the area.
The Bull Pub and Restaurant reached via a walk through the estate grounds. Yellison provides a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but will come alive when filled with your family and friends and close to Skipton with lovely restaurants, tea rooms and pubs.
